METHOD OF PAYMENTSDomestic orders: Credit Card – Visa – Master Card – Discover/Novus. Resale Customers Please fax or mail us a signed copy of your annual resale certificate and avoid the sales tax. Export orders: Will be shipped after receipt payment in advance. International Check or wire transfer acceptable. All orders are shipped once we have received full payment by our bank, unless expressed alternative arrangements have been made. Hotel Supply Store, Inc. cannot be held responsible for any misrepresentation associated with any product or price contained in catalogues, pricelists or on our web site. Due to digital limitations colors on the internet images might appear different than the real product color. Hotel Supply Store, Inc. must be notified within (5) five days of receipt of merchandise for any shortage of quantities and dissatisfaction of terms or condition of sale. If you request cancellation of an order we will attempt to stop the delivery before it ships. You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault of Hotel Supply Store, Inc. Damaged shipment from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We will replace any product that has a defect in workmanship but obviously we cannot be responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier. Defects in workmanship are covered under the satisfaction guarantee or extended guarantee below. With respect or Textiles and related linen products, we will not accept merchandise that has been laundered and the merchandise labels have been removed. If there is evidence that the product (s) are defective, and we have had a reasonable time to evaluate the item(s), then we will replace the defective merchandise. If you are not happy after initial inspection with quality, materials, or workmanship, return in unused condition in original carton within 5 days for exchange or credit.
